Scheduling Changes

You may change the time of an appointment 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no charge.
You can change the appointment time only for once. Beyond that it will be considered consultation done.

You need to take consultation within the 3 months after booking it. After that it will be considered done.

No Show or Late

Astro Anuradha will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled consultation time. If you are later than 15 minutes to your consultation time, it will be regarded as a “No Show” and you will be charged for that scheduled consultation time.

Refund Policy

Fees once deposited will not be refunded.

Recordings

Recordings of the Courses and Consultations will be sent within 48 hours after it is done or purchased. We provide 7 days technical support once you purchase any course recording. You need to save the recordings at your end. We won’t be able to send the recordings twice.  Course Validity is 2 Years from the date of purchase.
